Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hrustanovic is highly accomplished finance and corporate development executive with a unique expertise in international finance, corporate development and government relations; extensive experience in developing direct investments, managing and executing complex projects and negotiations. He was responsible for international corporate development at International Game Technology (“IGT”) in Reno, Nevada. IGT is the largest developer of software and hardware in the world gaming industry. He worked closely with many foreign governments and their agencies in creating business infrastructure for U.S. corporate interests. After IGT, he was professionally involved through his own Nevada development company, Sengor, Inc., in numerous domestic and international projects funded by private, public, and international financial institutions. He coordinated a project in several European countries, which was negotiated, and acquired funding from the European Union. Most recently he has coordinated and developed a multimedia communication system and Web5D startup company. Mr. Hrustanovic worked on projects and direct investments in the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Asia and North Africa.
Mr. Hrustanovic is holding a Master’s Degree in international finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in economics. From the beginning of his professional career he was dealing with global issues. The subject of his master’s degree thesis was “International Joint Ventures as a Form of Direct Investment." He published numerous professional articles on finance, international finance and international relationships. In 2014 he published the book "Economic Reasons for the 1991 Breakup of Yugoslavia: 20 YEARS LATER”. In 2015 he published the article “Financial Regulatory Systems in the EU and Effects on Doing Business” COMMUNIQUE, International-Law-Financial-Regulatory-Systems Magazine, Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a guest lecturer at the MBA program at the University of Nevada, Reno, and conducted a seminar on culture and management. He was also a guest lecturer in the MBA program at the Monterey Institute for International Studies on the course, “Money, Banking and Financial Markets,” and a guest lecturer at an Executive MBA program at the Finance Department of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He is fluent in the English and Russian languages as well as the former Yugoslav languages of Croatian, Serbian, and Bosnian and understands Slovenian and Macedonian.
Mr. Hrustanovic was involved in the professional and community life of Nevada from his first day of his moving to Nevada. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the International Visitors Program in Reno Nevada, Secretary and Director of the Nevada World Trade Council and a founding director of the Nevada Committee on Foreign Relations, which was affiliated with the American Committees on Foreign Relations in Washington, D.C. He actively participated in the development of statewide programs in Nevada for diversification of the economy and development of international trade. In 2014 he ascended from the Presidency to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nevada Center on Foreign Relations. He was honored by a resolution by the Assembly and State Senate of the Nevada Legislature for promotion of international trade and development.
